On Being Well-Read

Our Mexican mutt, whom we affectionately named Eva, is quite the literary aficionado. She has always had a taste for mystery/spy novels, but is now developing a serious craving for court-room drama.

Most recently, she had a real appetite for John Grisham's The Appeal, which she devoured in a single afternoon.

  1. Someone should tell her about the Bible. "Taste and see..."

  2. I am just glad she didn't find my "Theology of the New Testament" by G. Eldon Ladd. Not only would there have been many more pages to shred through, it would cost a lot more to replace it!

Although Wendy says that Eva would have choked on Ladd. :)
